The Winnebago Pet Expo is the Fox Valley’s largest gathering of pet-focused professionals and entrepreneurs offering services, products, and tips to keep your animal companions and your family happy and healthy. Friends of Winnebago County Dog Parks hosts the show in partnership with Winnebago County Parks to inform responsible owners, entertain enthusiasts and raise funds in support of the Winnebago Best Friends Dog Park and additional dog parks in Winnebago County.

Winnebago County / Sunnyview Expo Center/ Winnebago County Dog Parks, Inc. shall not be responsible for any damage, or injury incurred by the Exhibitor or Exhibitor’s agents, servants, employees or property, from any cause, prior, during or subsequent to the term of this agreement. Likewise, Winnebago County / Sunnyview Expo Center/ Winnebago County Dog Parks, Inc. shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or liability of any kind and nature, occurring on the premises, the property adjacent thereto and any other portion of the Sunnyview Exposition Center and/or Sunnyview Annex, by reason of any bodily injury to or death of any person, or by reason of any damage to property of third persons occasioned by any act or omission, neglect or wrongdoing of Exhibitor, or any of its officers, agents, representatives, assigns, guests, employees, invitees, or persons admitted by the Exhibitor to said premises, arising out of the activities conducted by Exhibitor, its agents, members or guests (including claims of employees of Exhibitor or of any contractor or subcontractor). Exhibitor shall indemnify, Winnebago County / Sunnyview Expo Center/ Winnebago County Dog Parks, Inc. hold harmless and shall defend and protect Winnebago County / Sunnyview Expo Center/ Winnebago County Dog Parks, Inc. from any claim, loss, demand or liability arising out of any bodily injury or property damage as described herein, provided that Exhibitor shall not be responsible for any injury or damages resulting solely from the negligence of Winnebago County / Sunnyview Expo Center/ Winnebago County Dog Parks, Inc.
